Abstract


2018 Türkçe Öğretim Programının Türkiye Yeterlilikler Çerçevesi Açısından İncelenmesi

The purpose of this research, in 2018 Turkish Language Teaching Program in Turkey Competencies gains in place to determine the status given to key competencies in the Framework. The study was performed in the screening model. The data were collected by document analysis method. Within the scope of the research, the 5 th, 6 th, 7 th and 8 th grades at the 2018 Turkish Teaching Program; communication in the mother tongue, communication in foreign languages, mathematical competence and science / technology, learning to learn, social and citizenship, taking initiative and entrepreneurship, cultural awareness and expression competence are examined. Listening / watching, speaking, reading and writing areas are included in the review. In the analysis of the data, it was paid attention that the gains were in conformity with the sub-statements and explanations of the competencies. The findings obtained by the researchers were presented to the opinion of 3 field experts and necessary corrections and arrangements were made in accordance with expert opinions. The findings of the investigators and the findings that are finalized after the expert opinion are given in the tables consisting of the class level, learning areas and related gains. When the overall study is examined, it is found that the competence is the most proficient in the mother tongue; foreign language communication and social and citizenship competencies are not given any place. The class with the most competencies is 8, and the least class is 7th class. Based on these findings, it can be said that the program is weak in terms of gaining competencies in TQF.
